We’re celebrating the return of maple season by bringing back our Maple Sugar Block for a limited time. Made from 100% pure and organic maple sourced from our friends at Érablière Varin in Oka, Quebec. To make this delicious treat, maple syrup is simmered over heat until it reaches a thick, molasses-like consistency and is then set into a mould until it hardens.
Now for the fun part: Grate or melt this maple brick onto dishes like salmon, ham, salad, desserts, or popcorn to add a hint of sweetness to every bite. You'll be wishing every season was maple season.
